VidiCore Add Metadata Field Values To Collection Action

This node adds VidiCore metadata field values to an existing VidiCore collection.

It can be used to enrich a collection with additional metadata, for example project metadata, job metadata, export information, or values returned by previous workflow nodes.

The metadata fields must already exist in VidiCore before they can be set by this node.

When executed successfully, the node result contains the ID of the updated collection.

Async

Enables or disables asynchronous execution.

URL

The URL of the VidiCore system.

Collection ID

The ID of the VidiCore collection to which the metadata should be added.

Example:

VX-1

Common usage with project collection wildcards:

{project.custom.childCollectionVC}
{project.custom.parentCollectionVC}

VidiCore Metadata Field Values

A list of VidiCore metadata field values that will be added to the collection.

Each entry consists of a metadata field key and its corresponding value.

Example:

key: ProjectName
value: {project.name}

Another example:

key: ExportName
value: {job.name}

The node result contains the ID of the updated collection.

Example:
