With the help of the Empty String Condition it is possible to check if a source like the value from a Helmut variable, project or job metadata field is empty or not. In addition to this validation, it is also possible to to handle null source values as if it is an empty string. This would make it possible, for example, to find if a given Helmut metadata field is empty or not.
