# VidiCore Remove Deletion Lock From Item Action

This node removes a **deletion lock** from a **VidiCore item**.

It can be used to unlock a protected item so that it can be deleted again, for example during cleanup workflows or when a previously protected item no longer needs to be retained.

When executed successfully, the node result contains the ID of the unlocked item.

#### Configurable Settings

**Async**

Enables or disables asynchronous execution.

**URL**

The URL of the VidiCore system.

Example:

```
https://myVidiCore.com
```

**Item ID**

The ID of the VidiCore item from which the deletion lock should be removed.

Example:

```
VX-1
```

The node result contains the ID of the unlocked item.

Example:

```

```
