# VidiCore Remove Key Value Metadata From File Action

This node removes **key-value metadata** from an existing **VidiCore file**.

It can be used to clean up or update file metadata in VidiCore by removing specific metadata keys from a file. The file itself is not deleted or modified outside of the selected metadata fields.

When executed successfully, the node result contains the ID of the updated file.

#### Configurable Settings

**Async**

Enables or disables asynchronous execution.

**URL**

The URL of the VidiCore system.

Example:

```
https://myVidiCore.com
```

**File ID**

The ID of the VidiCore file from which the metadata should be removed.

Example:

```
VX-1
```

**VidiCore Metadata Keys**

One or more metadata keys that should be removed from the file.

Example:

```
releaseDate
```

Multiple keys can be provided as separate entries.

The node result contains the ID of the updated file.

Example:
