# User Name Condition

With the help of the Username Condition it is possible to use the name of the user executing the stream as a condition for further actions. If the node is to be successful for a particular user, "is" is used as the condition. "Is\_not" is used when the node should fail for a specific user. In this way, it can be precisely decided whether the behaviour should apply to a user or not. The user name condition can be queried in every stream.
