# Local OS

This wildcard will be substituted with the operating system of the host (the client currently executing the job).

The possible return values for this wildcard include:

* Linux
* Mac OS X
* Windows 10
* Windows 11
* Windows NT
  * *This value is dedicated to Windows Server OS hosts*
* Unix
