# Project As JSON

With the help of the project as JSON action, it is possible to write all information that belongs to the project object in a JSON file and to define the location where it should be stored.

This can be necessary for various workflows in which the payload of the stream should be externally accessible. The most important function of the node is to provide this information for the Helmut4 panel. When opening a project, the panel searches for this file and loads all relevant information in order to function smoothly.<br>
