Supported Adobe Versions

This page provides a list of Adobe products supported in each Helmut4 release

MoovIT will only support 3rd party application versions, that are actively being maintained and supported by the vendor (Adobe). Please have a look at the vendors support policy.

Non-supported Adobe Versions

• any Beta version (24.x+)

• Version 24.1 is being tested internally at the moment - 07/12/23

Supported Adobe Versions

Helmut version 4.7.0

• After Effects: 22.x to 24.0

• Premiere: 22.x to 24.0

• Media Encoder: 22.x to 24.0

We recommend reinstalling the Helmut4 client after upgrading to Adobe CC 2024

Before updating any Adobe application to CC 2024, make sure you checked the "known issues" of the corresponding application:

Please be aware that Adobe Media Encoder 22.3.0 is not supported due to an internal AME change. Media Encoder versions 22.3.1+, 22.4.x, and 22.5.x require Helmut client 4.2.0.8 or higher

Please be aware that Adobe Media Encoder 22.3.0 is not supported due to an internal AME change. Media Encoder versions 22.3.1+, 22.4.x, and 22.5.x require Helmut client 4.2.0.8 or higher
