This page provides a list of Adobe products supported in each Helmut4 release.

MoovIT will only support 3rd party application versions that are actively maintained and supported by the vendor (Adobe). Please refer to the vendor's support policy fore more information.

We recommend reinstalling the Helmut4 client after upgrading to Adobe CC 2024

Before updating any Adobe application to CC 2024, make sure you checked the "known issues" of the corresponding application:

Please be aware that Adobe Media Encoder 22.3.0 is not supported due to an internal AME change. Media Encoder versions 22.3.1+, 22.4.x, and 22.5.x require Helmut client 4.2.0.8 or higher
