The trigger will activate each time a user connects to the Helmut4 website using the local client.

It is important to note that this trigger won't be activated if a user merely logs in, as this action can occur in web-restricted mode, which doesn't necessitate a client.

The trigger is designed to execute as soon as the local Helmut4 client starts and establishes a connection.
